OUR MISSION
The Iota Educational Fund of the Triangle is a Philanthropic organization committed to charitable works that Educate the Community in three branches: Health, Scholarship and Finance, to help develop and promote community leadership.
OUR GOALS
Ø To build relationships with Community Partners and leaders through charitable work in Community activities.
Ø To build / restore relationships with Triangle institutions of Education through collaboration and charitable work in Community activities / events.
Ø To build relationships with Community Financial Professionals and Businesses in the Triangle area through charitable work in community event / activity collaborations.
Ø To fund and administer scholarships, Health & Welfare programs, as well as financial based programs for eligible individuals, organizations and communities.
OUR BRANCHES
The Health Education Branch promotes awareness, prevention, and informed decision-making related to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Its purpose is to provide educational opportunities that encourage healthier individuals, stronger campus communities, and more informed members of the public. The Fund supports efforts that help people understand health-related topics and make choices that contribute to a better quality of life.
The Scholarship branch supports educational achievement and encourages the pursuit of higher learning. Its purpose is to help college students advance academically, develop as leaders, and remain focused on their educational goals. Through scholarship-related support, the Fund recognizes the value of hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
The Financial Education Branch equips individuals with foundational knowledge and practical awareness to make informed financial decisions. Its purpose is to encourage responsible money management, financial confidence, and long-term economic stability among college students and the broader community.
